Cancellation Policy
Once a logistics service is scheduled, our team immediately allocates resources to fulfill your request. This includes driver dispatch, equipment coordination, and routing. Because of this, any cancellation made after confirmation may incur a fee ranging from 50% to 100% of the quoted service cost, depending on how close to the dispatch time the cancellation is made.
To avoid unnecessary charges, we encourage our clients to only confirm service when fully ready for shipment or delivery. If you’re unsure or need a flexible window, let our team know—we’re happy to work with you in advance.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of logistics services, payments for confirmed bookings are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing by our management. This policy ensures fair compensation for the time, fuel, labor, and logistical resources committed to your scheduled delivery or pickup.
Exceptions may apply in cases of service failure due to an error on our part. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us directly.
How to Cancel
If your shipping schedule has changed or your service is no longer needed, please contact us as soon as possible by calling our dispatch team directly. The earlier you notify us, the better we can work with you to minimize or possibly waive cancellation fees.
